High product and operational quality is a significant factor in the customer satisfaction of Safeplast.
Safeplast Spirals are manufactured exclusively from a high-grade polyethylene plastic and the product quality is monitored throughout the production process. Safeplast spirals are mainly manufactured by extrusion: by direct compression of the raw material. Due to this method the products have rounded edges and a very durable construction. Continuous product development ensures the high and competitive quality of Safeplast protective spiral products.
Raw materials used by Safeplast, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyester and polypropylene (PP), are recyclable materials with no environmental risks or heavy metals. These products are therefore recyclable.
Safeplast Oy customers include world's leading hydraulics and pneumatics retailers and important manufacturers of machinery and equipment. Manufacturers of forest and mining machinery are pioneers in using Safeplast protective spirals. Similarly, the earth-moving and agricultural machine industries have understood the advantages of using protective spirals. The same advantages can also be gained in many hydraulic and pneumatic systems and in industrial automation.
